Horrible service never had so many problems with getting my own money ! Banking fees are double here ! doesn't rewards it customers in any way to bank here! Would give 0 stars if I could!!!

Spent several days in Sweetwater & Pam at First Financial Bank was amazing as a personal banker. I opened an estate account for my Dads estate and Pam (& Debbie as her backup) were both helpful, attentive and went out of their way to help me set this up. Pam is very friendly, compassionate and a great person to guide you through the process.

If there was a zero star, I'd give that. I have never had so many banking problems. I will be closing my account ASAP. Thank you very much. Seriously, they charge me random overdraft fees when I know i have enough money.
