Our auto insurance company would not cover a motorcycle trike that we have, so we called Bird Insurance since it is closer to home and we like to deal with local businesses. I spoke with Rayna Estes and explained to her that I was very not confident about making insurance decisions. She was very understanding, polite and quite capable in helping me make informative and confident choices that would help me and my husband. She made me feel that our needs came first rather than rush us off the phone. Since Rayna’s attention to detail is exceptional, as well as her responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism, we are confident and very happy in switching to Bird Insurance for our insurance needs. Stay away… as far as possible to this agency and Tower Hill Insurance Company. I had my policy canceled because Tower Hill was told by an independent inspector my porch roof did not meet requirements and I had three weeks to replace (not repair) the roof or face cancellation. Irregardless of cost and availability of roofing companies. I told the agency it was not as reported and wasn’t over living space anyways. Not a flat roof, not in disrepair, not leaking and not duct taped. Still got canceled. I contacted the roofing company who had just replaced my roof over the living area of my house and was told it wasn’t consistent with normal practice. Still got canceled. I contacted the home inspection company I hired during my home purchase two months prior and was told the same thing. Still got canceled. I took pictures and submitted them and explained there was actually two roofs, one over the other and neither one leaked. Still got canceled. After an exhaustive effort to convince Tower Hill and the agent of their wrongdoing I secured a policy with another company and agency. Two weeks later I received a letter of reinstatement (no apology) oops… we made a mistake. To little-to late. Stay away. Far away.

What an awesome group. Two times we have use them once for autos now for the house insurance. Both times Rayna has been there for us and found the best policies with better coverages to suit us.
