My friend and I went to Biltmore Loan and Jewelry. We had an amazing experience with Jesse. He was so knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. He did have a wonderful pup named Beau in the office and he slept the entire time. I felt his pricing was spot on and I would highly recommend. Thank You Jesse

We went in today to try and sell two pieces of opal Native American jewelry, and a plethora of Coach handbags. We did not make sale, but I was really impressed with Jesse. On the jewelry, he took the time to politely explained why he was not going to make an offer, then called the main office to confirm that his original belief was correct. That move sent him way up on the credibility scale, because I knew then that I was not being played. He does not deal in Coach purses, and again, he explained they "why" and then took the extra step to refer us to someone who might deal in Coach. Again, he could have blown us off, but chose not to. I'll definitely try and do business with him again. Also,, while Google classifies this as a pawn shop, don't be put off, it is very, very far from being a pawn shop.

I have used Biltmore Loan & Jewelry since they are the only ones I trust with my father's 2 carat diamond ring that was left to me when he passed. I have used them on several occasions and have dealt with Jesse on each occasion and found him to be very trustworthy, reliable and professional. I usually receive a return call within a reasonable time as I'm sure they have many customers and highly recommend them!

These guys know the value, of the finer things in life. Very courteous and generous with their knowledge. Associate Jessy took the time out to share what he knew about Native American blanket weaving, going so far as to show me comparison blankets. What's more is he took the time despite my arriving 5 minutes before close. That! Is exemplary customer service defined. Thanks Jessy.

I went to Biltmore to get a loan on my wedding ring due to some unforeseen financial issues. I worked with Jesse and not only was he professional but he was also such a nice guy! He treated me like I wasn't just some scummy person who was poor & needed money. I really did appreciate the time he took to answer my questions and made sure I understood the process of how the loan worked. He was super friendly and courteous. I will definitely be coming back here for any future business transactions, as well as, referring people to them! I am extremely happy with this company and their employees.

Jessy was very professional, treated me with respect and appraised my jewelry quickly and fairly. The environment was beautiful! Very nicely decorated and clean and I was even comforted by his sweet and well trained office dog to help lift my spirits as I was down due to personal issues. I have been to other pawn shops nearby where I live on the border of Apache Junction, and this place felt like a completely different world! Almost like going to the Disneyland of pawnshops! Minus all the annoying music lol I definitely recommend this place

Being new to getting items appraised, I didn’t have a ton of questions to ask and was only interested in selling. Jesse took the time to explain useful information that I could have skipped out on, like how I can set up an agreement to loan the bag and come back for it when I have the money. Anyway, for a first-timer, I was impressed! I’m looking forward to bringing in more things and discover what they’re actually worth. Two thumbs up!

First of, I went to their website to get a free appraisal just to try and see if my item even has value. It was super easy and super straight forward. Biltmore got back to me pretty quickly and they are very easy to talk to as well. I then decided to go to their branch in Chandler and everyone there was so friendly and helpful.
