In May 2013 Billy closed my loan on my home. He had been recommended by a friend and since I was a first time home buyer I was glad to have a recommendation. I had always heard the worst about it taking forever to close a loan on a house because of problems getting all the paperwork done and I should be prepared for that. All I can say is that with Billy this was a very smooth easy process with literally no hiccups! He was always professional and the paperwork was done correctly the first time...I was thrilled!! It took somewhere between 3-4 weeks after the offer on the house was accepted to close and I couldn't have been happier!
