My wife and I were looking at an insane interest rate when we first started the home buying process, Then we found Jed. He answered the phone the first night while he was busy with his family. But that’s how important he made us feel . From the very beginning, Jed was very nice and informative. He kept us up to speed throughout the entire process. Jed went above and beyond to help us and got our rate significantly lower than what we were initially quoted with the previous lender we were using. We made the switch and never looked back. Jed did all the legwork up front and made sure we would be squared away for closing. The process was easy and we could not have done it without Jed. I am so glad that I was referred to Jed for my first mortgage. I took out a VA loan, which I had always heard that they were a huge pain to deal with, but he made the process incredibly smooth. Jed at Best Life Mortgage was beyond awesome to work with and extremely helpful. I bought a house sight unseen from across the country (I was living in OR at the time, and bought a house in SC) and it was a nerve wracking experience, but with Jed it was super easy and took so much off my mind and chest. We went with a USDA loan and it was frustrating having to get all the correct paperwork for them, but Jed was always on it and let me know what we needed to move forward and we were able to close on the house in a month, even with the massive distance. The best thing I did to start my journey of finding a house was calling Jed. I was merely wanting to see what I would qualify for, which he checked for me right away, and then gave me tips on how to quickly improve my credit score and my wifes, which I did and increased it by nearly 80 points. He put me in contact with an actual real-estate agent, as I had been talking to someone that Zillow had auto-call me. But the best thing about Jed is he was always available to me for any question, sometimes when my real-estate agent wasn't. I had to do minimal work on my side, Jed did all the paperwork and made this super easy. Highly recommend him!
