We initially asked Drew to come look at our garage roof. He helped us work through some concerns with adding solar to our house. In fact, he stayed for 90-minutes answering our questions. We ended up adding a new roof to our house and our garage and we are so glad that we did. Drew found structural issues with our roof that saved us headaches down the line. Drew was available and highly communicative throughout the process. He consistently answered all our questions and we have a beautiful roof. The crew that replaced the roof was amazing. They were highly concerned with ensuring their work was high quality. It was clear they took pride in their work. They cleaned up around the house really well. They also heard our concerns and made intelligent decisions along the way. Overall, it was very fast and very well done. We are so thankful we hired Best Exteriors. From start to finish, Drew and his crew were fantastic! We actually had Drew come out to our previous home to give us a quote for some roofing repairs and we were so impressed with his honesty and knowledge that we contacted him to come out to our newly purchased home for a full roof installation. As soon as we reached out to him, within 30 mins he was at our house to inspect and then gave us a quote same day. The roof tear down and installation went extremely well, and Drew kept us updated throughout the day sending us drone pictures of things they found, as well as the progress. Drew made sure that our concerns with the old roof would be fixed and replaced with quality parts and installation to make sure we wouldn’t have those same problems with our new roof. His crew worked very quickly and finished in one day. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the new roof looks on our home and the peace of mind that we chose a great company. Best Exteriors just finish doing an amazing job putting a new roof on my house and detached garage. Drew and Walter were a pleasure to work with. It was not the cheapest quote I received but in the end I felt most comfortable with their knowledge, reputation and attention to detail. It was the right decision and I highly recommend their team if you want the job done right.

Since I knew roof replacement is expensive ($10-15K) I got several bids. Drew was easy to work with, informative and didn’t hard sell me (like some of the big names in town did). His team was punctual and worked hard to finish in one day. They did a great job and were meticulous about clean up. The price was very competitive and no nickel and diming in final invoice. I was quite hesitant while deciding on a company to install my roof. Who can you trust to do a good job and not rip you off? I decided to go with Best Exteriors based on all the great reviews Drew received on my neighborhood app. From start to finish, my experience with Drew and Best Exteriors was excellent. Drew came to my home, viewed my roof, thoroughly answered my questions and addressed my concerns. He provided me very informative leaflets and brochures about the roofing process, the materials they use and my options. On the day of install, Drew was there to make sure everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions. The crew was great. They showed respect for my home and worked well together. They completed my job in little over a day as I also had my sunroom and shed roofs done too. The crew did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards.,Drew was again there to view the final installation results and answer any questions I had. We contacted three different companies for quotes on a new roof, and the experience with Best Exteriors was by far the most thorough and detailed. We heard back from Best Exteriors quickly after submitting an inquiry, and they were flexible with providing times to come out to inspect our roof. They made the inspection an interactive process, showing us conditions of our roof that were both aware of and also unaware of, which helped us ask questions as we considered options that would be best for our long term goals. The quote we received from Best Exteriors actually had photos of our roof (other companies did not include that in their quotes) that helped us remember the points we had discussed during the inspection. The quote also provided a detailed breakdown of what work and materials would be included (again not every quote we received from other companies had this). Other companies spent more time giving us their sales numbers instead of talking about our roof and what changes would benefit our roof in the long term. The discussion we had with Best Exteriors during the inspection gave us confidence that we were making decisions that would benefit our home and property overall, not just the roof. This detail was helpful during installation, as we felt comfortable answering questions and making decisions that came up during installation. The crew was very mindful of our home during installation and did a great job with both the work and clean up after. We're very happy with our new roof and would recommend Best Exteriors to anyone in need of a new roof!

The name says it BEST! Working with Drew was the BEST experience I could have hoped for when I had to replace my roof. Drew was candid with his assessment, worked with me and my insurance company on the claim, and was patient and thorough in answering all my questions – and there were A LOT! He made sure I was 100% comfortable throughout the experience to the point when it came time to do the job, I had no problem trusting Drew and his crew to do the work while I was away. I selected Best Exteriors after quite a bit of research and obtaining multiple estimates. Drew, his attention to detail, and very thorough proposal swayed my decision. The roof was installed this week and I have no complaints. Drew and his team were professional, kept me informed of progress, notified me immediately when a couple of unexpected issues arose, and worked swiftly, but with accuracy to complete the roof install. They were able me in working with my insurance company to get our roof replaced. I was very satisfied with the entire process. The workers installed the new roof and skylights all in one day, the cleanup was meticulous and thorough. Outstanding company, excellent customer service and work. I've been process of trying to replace my roof for the last year. After a bad experience with another contractor I appreciated Drew's professionalism, knowledge, and help down to how to navigate my HOA having recently down another project in my subdivision.
