I cannot come up with enough words to describe just how amazing Jonathan Furtado is. From the first day, he was attentive and responsive to my needs in purchasing a home. As a first time home buyer I was utterly clueless about the entire process. Jonathan worked vigorously to make sure I was well informed in all parts of the process. With his extreme knowledge, he was an amazing advocate for me the entire way through. Jonathan was always easy to reach, quick to adhere to any issues that came up and quickly addressed any questions or concerns that I had. I was so happy with him that I recommended Jonathan to family members and friends, both who ended up selling and purchasing houses with him as well.

We worked with Kim LaCivita at Best Choice when purchasing our home and she was AMAZING! Kim was always easy to reach, quick to tackle any issues that arose and readily addressed any questions or concerns that we had. She jumped through hoops to ensure our closing date wasn't delayed when we had repeated, last minute demands from our mortgage broker. If you're looking to buy or sell your home, I can't recommend Kim enough!

This was worst experience of our life. They were great coming out of the gate and getting the business but that is where the service ends. Our realtor was fired for incompetency halfway through the process. She made you feel as if she was working for the buyers of our house. After we let her go the broker took over as our agent. Now we understand where the incompetency comes from because as the leader of this organization he was worse then the realtor we let go. During the closing on our house he was never there, instead he spent time with the buyers answering all of their questions. When it came time to close on our new place he was there with his hand out for the check for doing NOTHING. ALL I CAN SAY IS BUYER AND SELLER BEWARE! If I could do negative stars, I would.

The comminicaton between Kris and myself was terrible . it startrd off with a great pitch that went down hill fast. I wish I never had him as an agent I was supposed to a happy time at the closing and I wasnt feeling confident.. i felt dismiised once the offer was accepted ..i will NEVER refer him to amyone
