Absolutely disgusted with the service we are receiving. Our Volvo was involved in a parking lot incident and sustained front end damage. It has been 14 weeks and counting and we're still waiting for our vehicle. Under what circumstance is this acceptable? Not once have we been told we are a priority. Hard to get past receptionist, 25% of promised calls are actually returned. Impressive assortment of excuses for delays and setbacks. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Really regretting our purchasing decision.

Absolutely terrible service. Please save your money and TIME and go somewhere else. I brought my car here after being rear ended in a parking lot. Rear Bumper needed to be replaced. That was the only work it needed. It took 11 weeks to get my car back. As many have said no sense of urgency here. No updates on repairs, and trying to get ahold of staff to get an update is beyond me. If you somehow do get through staff they will either transfer you to another line, or will tell you they’ll call you back when they hear something and not call back. I came here recommended by my insurance company. I didn’t know this at the time but you can go to any body shop you want to get repairs at. If your insurance tells you, they only do repairs at certain ones they are lying. Berd Odgen - please don’t respond to my review this is for the people not you. I will not discuss my concerns with you as I will never come back here.

Took my car in to have a back quarter panel replaced. This was the first week in December 2021. It’s April 2022 and the car is still in the shop. Multiple calls have just resulted in run around and nothing but excuses on delays. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Sometimes no one answers the phone. Makes me believe they have 3 people working at this location. What’s worse is it’s a Hyundai car at a Hyundai body shop and they don’t have parts.

Very good experience with them. Good pro-active communication on my collision body work. Luis was on top of everything and called regularly to update me.

David failed to inform me that the insurance wasn't paying for something until the rest was done instead of informing me beforehand and I would have dealt with the insurance beforehand so that there wouldn't be any further delays but I had to wait more because of David!

Got my car back within 2 months. Looks great, only thing I would recommend is for them to be better at updating customers on the status of their vehicles. Getting ahold of them was a nightmare and stressful but I understand that during these times, car parts are delayed.

STILL DONT HAVE MY ROGUE BACK. ITS JULY 15th. JUST FOUND OUT IT NEEDS MORE PARTS AFTER THEY TOLD ME YESTERDAY THAT IT WOULD BE READY TODAY!!!! WHAT ARE THEY DOING OVER THERE!!!!!!! OR NOT DOING!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BERT OGDEN BODY SHOP! you will not see it again for months! they have had my 2021 Nissan Rogue since May 1st. I call to speak to my "service advisor" David but never has time to take my call. They tell me he would call me back when he can, but he never calls back. On June 30th they called to tell me my car was ready so I drove right over and picked it up. I only got around the block as it was pulling to the left. David said that they had it aligned that they might have not done it right. I think they would have noticed it when they were driving it back. he told me they would take it the next day to get aligned again. I call the next day to see if it was ready and they informed me that the gear assembly was broken and had to order a new one and it would be there July 5th its July 12th and they still haven't received the part. No one has called me to tell me that the part hasn't arrived or when they expect it to be there. So if you're looking for bad service and no idea when you will get your car back then this is the place for you. If you want good customer service then take your vehicle somewhere else!

Worst place to get work done at!!! If I could give it no stars I would! We had our 2021 tahoe there for 6 months after a car wreck; should of listened to the insurance adjuster when he warned me. David failed to get in contact with me the whole 6 months my vehicle was there, he called me a handfull of times MAYBE and I had to request it. He was constantly giving me different dates even after they had all the parts in; I would stop by and nothing he would say over the phone had been done. He even put the wrong color of running board on the damaged side and tried to cover the non damaged original one with black tape to match. YES, tape! I could go on and on. Please avoid going to this place! They’re a complete mess and have no professionalism. Needless to say they cover for one another too. Including the receptionists. There has recently been a new manager who is trying to make up for all their mess. He seems like the only one with professionalism and customer experience.

I regret ever buying a Masserati it's a good looking car and all. But NEVER think you are going to get luxury treatment when you take it to the dealership. One day they will see you in the dealership next door Cadillac and another time they will see you in the Masserati building which looks abandoned. They have no budget to employ people to run the dealership. Wait times are long, service is bad you constantly have to interrupt you work schedule to take your car back to fix a problem they missed. If you just take your car for oil change or maintenance it's a day or 2 for them to finish. They will NOT offer a vehicle to drive while you are left carless. When they don't fix your vehicle property they just start blaming other departments. It's like they have no communication between departments.Mercedes Benz, Lexus, BMW and AUDI really offer luxury vehicle customer service. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Bert Odgen MASSERATI. I would suggest people do a good research before buying or leasing a Masserati.

Can't grade yet, just dropping my car off. Thus far, customer service is courteous and prompt. 10/20/20
