Bank of America (Lobby Service Only) N Conway Ave, Mission

Extremely LONG lines, Very packed and Very slow. Parking lot gets too packed and is too small! This by far is the worst Bank of America in the area ive been to. ATM was full long lines and to top it off once I arrived there was a notification that the machine had no cash. Total waste of time. Avoid this location.

Only one ATM works they never fix the other ATM and you need to stand in line in the hot sun just to make a transaction while everyone watches you how much money you are taking out (no ATM privacy) an old lady almost fainted cuz of the hot sun

They have the worst service. They have only one person working at peak hours when the lines are super long and at drive-thru they have one person handling both personal and Commercial accounts. Don't even get me started at the beginning of the month same issue all around. Someone needs to learn how to schedule appropriately. Having to wait at the bank for 30 minutes to an hour and not even opening an account it's kind of ridiculous.

I have a business account with BOA for almost a year now and evrything was going well until now. They are putting checks on hold for 10 days when I was told any checks deposited under 20k would be available the following business day. We this is not true, I deposited 11k and they put a hold on it for 10 days, now I have to be held back on my clients project because of them. And not to mention they never answer their phones.

We had a totally awesome experience today. We sold our RV and the buyer went with us to pay off our Bank of America loan. It was a little complicated but the ladies were all very helpful, courteous, and got our transactions completed with a smile.

Worse wait time. Only 1 person working the front desk. Bank of America needs to do better. If u can find another location hope is better, son unas tortugas aqui.

Always very busy here in this bank. Takes forever to do any kind of business here in this branch. You would think as big a BOA is they would built more branches.

Terrible service, always have to wait in line more than an hour. Worst bank ever.

I called Bank of America for customer service ten times and they’ve never picked up the phone. Supposedly they are taking care of their customers but I’ve called 3 days in the row. It’s so embarrassing cause I had Chase before and when I call them, they answered the phone immediately. Should of stick to Chase instead of Bank of America.

With the on going pandemic the banks have been full. We spent and hour because the line was long and then the car in front of us took over 30 minutes sending back and forward the bin. Why if the client had a problem the person wasn’t asked to go inside the bank. The service is horrible they need more training on customer service. Also the bank needs to hire more people to help with the load.
