I made a full price offer on a property listed with gloria rubio, works for tarbell la quinta ca.she wrote the offer in favor for the seller and ignore what i wanted in the offer upon reveiw i said to gloria this is not what i said on my offer so i went to a agent that wrote my offer as i wanted.i signed with one agent only and that was with wilder perez who did exactly as i wished for.
