Ordered a 2019 Acura RDX online. Quan was very friendly and helpful. He took a full video of the car and responded promptly to all questions that I asked, 5/5. The supervisors communication was not effective and resulted in a delivery error but he was able have it delivered the following day, 4/5.

Next car will not be purchased from here. Sales person was nice, however, I was told my car payment would be a certain amount and after signing all paperwork, I was informed by the sales agent my payment would go up $60 more than what I was originally told. Secondly, I’ve been waiting on my tag for almost 2 months now. I have to ride around with a dealer tag because they don’t know where my tag is at. I’m happy with my car but unhappy with the service

I purchased a Honda Ridgeline several months ago paid cash, still have no title. I have spoken with the dealership several times with no satisfying answers to the problem. Not sure where or how the car is even registered. A mess for me and very unprofessional back office staff. Local dealer made some suggestions as s next step. Customer Service is very important. On the day I bought my car it was a pre-scheduled appointment had already talked about it and they knew I was coming to buy the car. Process to a lot longer then I thought it should have considering I was the only person there. Their practice is to give everyone a full tank of gas after you purchase a vehicle well their gas card only have $5 left on it and no one could muster up the remaining $15. I was told next time you're in the area just drop by and we'll fill up the tank considering I live an hour away being in the area most likely never going to happen. The next thing was key remote battery is about to die couldn't even get a battery b/c no one was in the parts department. it felt really bootleg the car dealership. Fast forward a few months I have two free oil changes I scheduled the appointment online. Online says included in the oil changes tire rotation fluid topped off cabin filter replace and so on and so on. When I get to the dealership I'm told no only an oil change and Mike needs to take a class on customer service because he wasn't rude but he also lets you know I don't care. There was a blond haired woman who will try to help she's the only one that made you feel like she cared. bottom line I would never recommend or refer anyone to Bennettsville Honda to purchase a vehicle

I have been treated AWFUL by Bennettsville Honda, and I do not know why. I am an almost seventy-year-old senior woman who only wanted an oil change. I was lied to, ignored and mistreated. When I called to make an appointment for an oil change, I was told to come on in. When I got there I was told I had to have an appointment by the same person who told me to come in! That same guy behind the counter at the service desk constantly rolled his eyes at me, so-much-so, I could only see the whites of his eyes for most of the time I spoke with him. He lied about giving me an appointment that following Monday because I called Friday to cancel it, and discovered the appointment had never been made! I called twice for a manager, but he was not available.

Never had a bad experience. Just got my second Honda from here. Customer service is great. They work with you. Thank you Mr. Jim Justice! Service department is great, Greg the advisor is always on top of things. Larry is awesome too.

Thurday, July 15th 2021 Our experience is been a nightmare so far. I was talking back and forth with Anthony Leggete 2 weeks before we drove 2 hours on Thursday to finalize our transaction and he assured me that I was approved for Honda special finance of 1.9%. I went there , I put a down payment, he made a copy of my social security card and driver license. He sent us home and told us that everything looks good and to wait for the hard license in the mail. 3 weeks after we got the car ,we received a letter from AMERICAN HONDA FINANCE CORPORATION stating that our application was not approve, that's almost a month after we were told everything was good. With our experience in the past purchasing our car from another Honda Dealership, The Finance Department have access to get information if costumer application is approve/disapprove the day off we purchased the car and the rest thing we do setting up monthly payment, as easy as that. I find it hard to believe when Anthony told me that he find out about our application being denied the same day as us when we get the letter ALMOST A MONTH AFTER I START TO DRIVE THE CAR. Since then until now, none of the people from the dealership give me a clear explanation of what happen and on how to fix this problems. I believe someone might have messed up my paper work because we never have problem with finance before since we have great credit score and have all legal paper work. They never try to contact us or keeping their promises. We've been trying to fix this mess and contact Anthony daily for a week now but they seem to be avoiding us. I have read and learn about "SPOT DELIVERY SCAM/YOYO SCAM'' and pray this was not the case. My wife just called to speak to the general manager but the man that picked the phone call was very rude. We still don't know what to expect since the temporary tag will be expired soon. But I will keep everyone update. Until then I highly suggest you BRING YOUR BUSSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS ESTABLISHMENT VERY LACK OF COSTUMER SERVICE AND HONESTY.

Came for an oil change. I feel confident that Bennettsville Honda did a great job. Staff was pleasant and worked me in even though there were no available appointments to schedule. However I did not receive my paperwork detailing that all fluids were topped off and other aspects of the vehicle was checked.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted immediately, and getting checked in went smoothly. I received a text, updating me on the process, as I waited. I was given a specific time when my car would be ready, and sure enough, at that time, I was ready to go! This was excellent service!

I rarely post reviews but my situation was unnecessary. Walked in, not a soul was in the dealership to greet me, despite knowing that I was on my way. Me and a couple of other customers were looking for someone and I ended up asking someone else to get the person I was looking for. I did not feel like I was important or a priority despite being someone that was actually coming to purchase a car that same day. Earlier that day and the day before I repeatedly asked the sales representative Alvin to send me the deal numbers and any other paperwork via email so that when I got there all I had to do was hand over the check and get my keys!!! I was also talking to another gentleman via text and did not realize that they weren't working together, even though Alvin gave me the impression that they were. When I got there, it was a totally different story. I had the check from Navy Federal so there was nothing they needed to do in that aspect. I thought they were going to try to back out of the deal because they kept stalling and would not send me any of the paperwork that I kept requesting, so that we could make the process quicker. He then calls me, as I'm on my way, to tell me he's not going to be there and to talk to someone else and they should know everything as well as honor the incentive he told me I could get. I got there and nobody knew what I was talking about. Luckily I kept the text messages!! I sat there for over an hour and a half watching people walk back and forth taking care of other customers. No one was keeping me updated as to what was going on really. I felt that I was there first so the focus should have been on me from start to finish. Not bounce between me and other people. So much miscommunication between different sales personnel. Sales manager handed me papers to sign but did not even go over anything. I asked a question and he didn't even answer me. Luckily I read everything before I sign, but it would have been helpful and courteous to actually talk to the customer about what they're signing. Car buying is frustrating enough. But to add bad customer service on top of it is simply ridiculous!!!!! I had other options but since this dealer was making me a better deal, I chose to drive over an hour to them. I'm just glad this process is over. I didn't get the exact color I wanted but I did get the same model and trim and I love it.

Had full service done back in June. I had been using this dealership for years to have routine services and work. They did not tighten lugnut after rotating tire. No big deal refunded money in June. Then this week sent me a bill for the work. Relocated here never had a dealership as good as the Honda lot in NC I purchased crv from.

My family and I went shopping here for a new car that was both modern and still good on gas and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. Jim, one of the salesmen, didn’t try to push anything on us and wasn’t rude in the slightest. He was polite and answered all of our questions concerning each car. We were able to take the cars we were most interested in on a test drive and Jim also explained how the various digital systems and functions of each vehicle worked. I’m still working some of it out, but the initial explanation did help when some of these automatic functions activated, such as the Road Departure Mitigation system.

I would really give this dealership no stars. But there was one rep who did stand out. Unfortunately I got to deal with him at a point where there was no resolution. My advise? Make sure the information they are telling you is accurate. I put down on a vehicle there. I was told I was approved got a co signer and everything. I put out many since I’ve had this vehicle and overall loved the vehicle. But it wasn’t mine. They lied about approval. I had this car for two months and it was never mine. And they made me give it back. Mind you my insurance went up 300 dollars and the gas expense increased to about $100 a week. But I loved the car it was no problem. Fortunately due to COVID policies I can’t get certain things in the time frame the dealership requested after being being told I was good and approved and given all other required documents. I tried to get what they want but I can’t because of COVID policies and had to lose the vehicle. I was soaring high and now idk I’m back to nothing
