Bend Pawn & Trading Co-Lapine US, La Pine

I've been shopping here for some time now and I have to say the staff is very friendly and approachable, they offer opinions if I'm not happy with there price and are willing to wheel and deal within reason. I can tell they do try to bring in newer items but still have some older merchandise. Not a bad thing. I recommend just stopping by for a quick glance and a good deal

They dont answer their phone. Even when theyre open. Lady is rude and Condescending. Everything is junk and overpriced . they'll yake usless tools before they take electronics. Dont go here

Someone I know is very interested in starting a business in la pine and he called the pawnshop to ask the owner some questions about his experience starting up the business and how to keep it going the owner said “there’s fast food places hiring in bend go get a job” and hung up. He was very rude and disrespectful when we went into the pawnshop face to face and even more rude over the phone. I do not recommend going to the pawnshop in la pine unless you absolutely have to. Me and everyone I know will not be going there anymore.

I've come to this pawn shop for years mainly for games movies and a few tools. They've always been nice and I've never had a problem there

Love the ladys here always will give you what u need as long as u dont bring them trash and u can ask before you even bring it to see if they will take it

Just called this place to check what they would pay for gold new bars still in package she offered 80 below spot price guess i will go to my normal dealer he pays spot price plus 15 dollars for being in new package . Lady just screwed herself out of a 3 ounce deal she could have made an honest 300 dollars but would rather make a dishonest 540. I will never even consider going here.

The guy on the phone didn’t know what Hermès or Louis Vuitton was. I asked to speak to an owner and he hung up. What amazes me is the unbelievably bad selection in this store. They have two old guys who don’t know anything about buying proper items so they are overloaded with ridiculous junk. For example, they are stacked with USED T SHIRTS. They were foolish enough to buy USED T SHIRTS and other worthless junk that they now say they can’t purchase items they would actually be able to sell. I have never been so frustrated dealing with a pawn shop employee i might as well have spoken to someone drinking on the job . I have never met anyone in a pawn shop that is literally clueless to everything I tell them. Or is clueless about so many items. Or can’t buy valuable items because he foolishly stocked the store with insanely dumb items like used t shirts. I cannot express the level of bad this store is. Think of any criticism you can provide a pawn shop. Dirty. Bad location. Dumb employees. Horrible selection. Lack of ability to buy numerous items. Smelly. Rip offs. There is literally no criticism I can think of that this pawn shop doesn’t commit. They said they aren’t hiring either so this terrible state of their business will be around for a while. There is no way to succced if you have an imbecile working for you like the one i spoke to yesterday. Rude, unprofessional, unresourceful, and like I said , I might as well have been dealing with someone drinking on the job

Some of the rudest people I’ve met in la pine. Gave me a quote. Thought about it before agreeing, then accepted and they said sorry now your item is only worth this much.... instead of explaining when we called them out they decided to huff and puff in a very passive aggressive manner. I’ll drive to bend for my guitar strings from now on, which they sale for double the price.

Went in looking for a lawn mower. I found a couple. Not to bad of prices.

Horrible place of business they have no knowledge of anything gun related they have horrible customer service. They are the most disorganized conducting of business I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They treat customers terrible
