Despite providing me with a spectacular rate on my car loans and credit card I actually question whether the headache is worth it. The staff is NOT trained across the board about costs and policies. The technology to make and arrange for account management is archaic at best. You will spend an inordinate amount of time trying to get setup and figure out what it correct information. Very frustrating process. Super nice staff. But poor organization all together.

Everyone that I have dealt with at Benchmark Federal Credit Union has been professional and pleasant to work with. The service is always thorough and accurate and timely. I give a 5 start rating to Benchmark Federal Credit Union employees, to the user friendly on line system and for the easy to use remote banking! !

I've been a member of Benchmark for 16 years & my parents for over 25 years. The staff is incredibly friendly & helpful. My questions are always quickly resolved & with a smile. I love knowing when I go into just about any location I will see a familiar face & trust my financial needs cared for property.

Been here many times and always had a great experience. Whenever I needed help Benchmark would always be there to assist me. I opened two accounts with Benchmark many years ago and still with them to this day! The people who work at this location and other locations are friendly and welcoming.

I have been to the branch 5 times and each time I go the teller who is the same young lady with blonde hair glasses is slouched down on her phone. She has a horrible attitude and needs customer service improvement.

First time at branch it started to downpour. the benchmark rep offered to walk me to my car with their umbrella. They were also very helpful to get me to consolidate my credit card balances to my benchmark credit card with no transfer fees and 12 month interest free. Very happy with the credit card.

Benchmark has always ensured a positive experience with banking. A lovely woman helped me open an account. She followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything had gone smoothly and I received the proper documents.

I used Benchmark for a long time... I convinced my father to use Benchmark as well. The pandemic hit, I lost my job and they closed my account which prevented me from doing a multitude of things to just survive. They then sent a ATM card for a savings only account that didn't work. I now live in a state where I have to drive 40 miles to do shared branching. I will never ever again use Benchmark and will forever tell everyone I know about how badly I was treated there when I was going through a very difficult time. Worst credit union in PA.. Citadel is much more user friendly in every aspect of customer service. I will leave a one star review every year for the rest of my life!! Disgruntled.. yea a bit.. for sure. They'll take your money and smile and could care less about being a community. Citadel Credit Union's address is 1209 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this bank. They helped me get my car and have always treated me great. Everyone there is awesome.
