Bellwether Community Credit Union Amherst St, Nashua

Called customer service and treated very disrespectfully. I will not deposit any further funds with this bank in the future.

DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION! I had an Auto Loan with them and paid off the loan early. Only to find out they lost the Title after I sold the vehicle and went to pay it off. Coming up on 3 weeks now and still nothing from them. And every time I call asking about it, their response is "its not our fault." No sense of accountability!

Probably the worst customer service you could find at a credit union. Calling in to the main phone number you're greeted by a very nice woman who then transfers you to a bunch of grumpy women in various departments. I will say that speaking to them in person it's a much better experience - not sure if this is just at the Manchester location? Go to Granite State, DCU, or Merrimack, they all want your business and it shows by their tone of voice when you call them. :)

Hi, new to the area. Bellweather CU is the closest. Not impressed with the wait time to open an account. I can see the person who will be waiting on us working on a computer. After waiting 15-20 minutes we get seen. Not sure what the point of making us wait. I guess walk-ins are not first priority. The tellers are quick enough and helpful for the most part. It's the higher functions that need a revamp. I went in a second time to open another account and the same thing. This time I got tired of waiting and left after 10 mins. No safety deposit boxes either at this location.

Bad customer service, incessant phone calls despite requests for them stop, impossible to see overdue balance without contacting the bank. Will never use again once my loan is up.

We have had nothing but great experiences with these folks. We have 2 auto loans with them. They have always have the best rates in the state. In addition the online banking is a breeze to use. We have always been treated with respect and with kindness. Thank you for being here in Southern NH. we look forward to many more years of community banking.

I recently refinanced an auto loan with bellwether. It's an older car, and even though I had a little bit of a lower rate with my former credit union, bellwether offers longer terms even for older cars, so that was definitely a big deciding factor. The rate was actually very good, and got it down a little lower by opening a checking account and direct deposit. Andrea helped me through the whole process, even staying late and calling me with everything she needed. She was very nice, and made the process easy without having to take time off to go do this. I would definitely recommend BCU for any banking needs!!

Went to close on a new home equity line and they had a $344 early termination fee hidden within my transfer balance. This was not mentioned once on the numerous phone calls! Will be going elsewhere for my financial needs.

I always prefer to go through Bellwether's Nashua branch. Their management and staff have always been extremely patient and attentive.

Customer service isn’t great and rates and banking are behind in the times. But they are great about giving out loans.
