We purchased our 2022 Bronco Sport at Bell Ford. The entire experience was fun and relaxing. Sales manager Rich, salesperson Hayden and owner Nolan were welcoming (as was Shelby, the cute puppy greeter) and knowledgeable! Katie, who walked us through the final sales documents explained everything in a straight-forward way that was easy to understand. A beautiful, modern dealership in a small, friendly town. A great experience from start to finish!

We had a great experience at Bell Ford. Low pressure, high service, comfortable selling atmosphere. Chris and Rich in sales were extremely easy to work with, and Chris really knew our Explorer inside and out. We drove about 90mins to purchase our Explorer from them because of the excellent service. Jessie in finance was great to work with, and was one of the easiest vehicle transactions I have had. She was very thorough; even catching a numbers mistake (in our favor), and explained the warranty coverage on the vehicle very well. Overall, we felt at ease dealing with Bell Ford, and they set an example of how dealerships should operate. We will definitely consider Bell Ford for all future vehicle needs.

I bought my first Ford ever in my driving carrier. This was also the best experience with a dealership I've ever had. Not only has Bell Ford the most friendly personal, I was also given a great trade for my old vehicle. If you ever intend to buy your next car at Bell Ford ask for Chris. Earlier this week, my mother purchased a 2021 Ford Explorer there, and we got to work with one of the best car salesman named Jim Heintz. He was very kind and listened to what my mother was looking for in a vehicle. We searched for a car for 2 -3 weeks, and within 15 minutes, Jim found the car that my mom was satisfied with and helped us find the best rebates. The financial advisor (Katie) there is also very kind, and they took the stress of buying/financing a vehicle. They both were accommodating and made us feel comfortable/good about getting a new car.

Bell Ford is not particularly interested in selling you a vehicle. My husband went in with a pre approved loan and was told that it would take them a week to sell us a vehicle that we were interested in. The staff was rude and unwelcoming.

From pairing my phone to the vehicle, to something as small as transferring a state park sticker from one vehicle to another, to helping me with all financial particulars and understanding things that are rather confusing, Tim and Kaiti's customer service is extremely professional and caring. if you live in dane county, i couldnt suggest a better “ford” dealership to take your vehicle to. has the best service department out of any dealership i have been to, and thats talking about the staff and the effort they put in to their work. i love coming here, it is worth driving out to their location. have never had less than a fantastic experience

I bought my 2018 Ford F150 2 1/2 years ago from another local dealer. The buying experience left me deflated but I went ahead with it because they had the specific truck/color/trim & options I wanted. Afterwards, service trips for simple oil changes left me feeling like an under appreciated customer. Hell....they didn't even know me. I decided to try Bell Ford today as I was due for another oil change. Wow! What a completely different experience. They treated me like I had bought the truck there. Everything done in under an hour. Hayden went over my work and I even had some unrelated questions that he answered for me. I wish I had bought my truck there, but they have absolutely earned my business going forward. Job well done!

I worked with Tim in sales and Katie in finance to purchase a certified pre owned F-150 Lariat. The professionalism and ease of sale was fantastic. No pushy sales here, just honest and friendly service. My only reason for the 4 star is because I feel like they low balled my trade in.
