Old National Bank S Main St, Deforest

We had the BEST experience with Old National in DeForest. We are a new small local business, and they worked with us on a loan. We were very well taken care of. They were super easy to work with, and everyone was welcoming and friendly. We will definitely continue our partnership with them as our business grows! Amazing staff and management!!

Teller staff has been great for years and never had a problem. Management which mostly after some merger in 2016. A Manager waved a new monthly fee one month when I went to close my account because of the fee. I was told because of some merger they don't know what will happen so they would continue waving the fee each month until they knew what kind of accounts they could sell me from the merger that fit my needs. So I kept my account open and the next month I noticed the charge so I called and some Manager refused to honor waving a fee that the other manager promised, and it was witnessed by two other tellers and the reversal of the charge from my account the prior month. The manager furthermore stated that the employee/manager was not there and may never be there again, giving me the impression the employee was fired. Additionally she said that supervisor was not authorized to wave the fee. I have been in finance for 30 years and this is not how you treat customers or employees. This manager needs to work on her disclosure laws as you don't tell customers things that are private about your employees or x employees or customers! I had to wonder just how much information management was giving out about me then? I mean they just proved to me that employee confidentiality means nothing. My whole life is right in front of them on a computer! Everything about you and your family and i'm suppose to trust them. Lets think back? One Manager says she is not going to honor what another Manager (o any employee for that matter) of the same company promised me. You can have no relationship with someone you cant trust, much like marriage. So my account is closed and I let them steal the money that was promised me. A copy of the voice phone call where the Manager talked to me like I was crap and said no will be found on youtube when I upload it after I blank out the names as they state them. A complaint is being filed with DFI along with the tape. Again this has nothing to do with the stellar teller staff. They have been great to me for 20+ years. To the staff i wish you luck and give you thanks. To Management.......

Not friendly service. If you don't have an account there they basically don't want to talk to you. I will never go there again.

I always receive great service when I come here and the girls are friendly and helpful.

Theresa and her team always provide great service to customers and ONB-DeForest is very active in the DeForest/Windsor community. I think there were some growing pains during the transition from Anchor to ONB but service is wonderful now.
