Richard and his team were by far the easiest company I have ever worked with while doing my refinance after a divorce. Bank of America and First Community could have cared less about helping my refinance go smoothly after my divorce. They took months to only deny me. My sister recommended Richard and he knew this was urgent. He got me closed in 1 month. He traveled to get documents, always kept me up to date and his team had the absolute best customer service. I highly recommend him and his team.
