LOVED our experience with New American Funding! As first-time home buyers, we went into the process vulnerable, excited, and a bit apprehensive. Everyone on the team went above and beyond, answering the flood of questions we had, and providing information with each step of the process to make sure we were well informed the entire time. They ended up locking us in on a record low interest rate, closing our loan almost two weeks before the original closing date, and never once pressured us in any way. Even as first time buyers they let us guide the process. They were constantly working after hours to make sure deadlines were not only met, but exceeded. And they always had a welcoming and positive attitude. I really can't say enough great things about this team. They definitely surpass a five star rating!

Mike Mudry with New American Funding was referred to me by my agent. I was apprehensive at first because I had planned on going through the Mortgage specialist at my bank, assuming that they would be able to get me the best programs and rates. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when Mike informed me about programs that the mortgage specialist at my bank never even mentioned. Mike bent over backwards to not only get me the best rate but managed to cut my down payment in half allowing me to free up cash for some home improvements that I wanted to do prior to moving in.
