We were looking for a equity loan to pay off some bills. Michael found that if we did a refi instead we could pay off our entire debt and save even more! Our interest rate was lower and the new note was only 200 a month more...and saving us $5000 a month by paying off debt! Took too long. Mislead us on time frame . Over 60 days. Bad communication with each other within the company. Different people e-mailed us numerous times asking for same infomation we sent in several times. Sell/tranfsfer loan imediately. No one knows who will wind up servicing your loan. Would recommend another company next time.
