Definitely recommend this branch. I worked with Alison Smith on a closing and she acted as an anchor for the process. She went above and beyond to help me with my processing and was very proactive.

My husband and I use BayCoast for both personal and business. We use the bank for everyday banking as well as mortgages on personal and commercial properties. Everyone we deal with is absolutely amazing. Andrea P, manager @ Seekonk, is great answering our questions as well as making us feel part of the BayCoast family when we walk in to do banking (She asks my 5 year old what kind of snacks he'd like to see in the lobby!). Our loan officers have always been there to answer questions, etc. I highly recommend using Baycoast because they have everything large banks have but have a small bank feel. During this COVID outbreak they went above and beyond to help us secure PPP funds. Other banks dropped the ball yet BayCoast ran with the ball and hit a slam dunk. Thank you for all our banking needs!

small bank they don't care about customers they decide to closed all small account ... we trying to get help no one answer finally getting somewhere we talk with Kevin Barga it came the worst one you can talk to , very terrible experience
