I cant express how much I appreciate their willingness to answer every single question I could come up with no matter what time of day it was! Not only were Layla and her team professional and helpful in every way but they were always warm, friendly and never made me feel dumb when I didn't know or understand something. Laura and the rest of the staff at Fidelity made my refinancing a breeze. They were great at showing me what my options were and explaining it to me in a way that everything made sense. I highly recommend Laura T. at Fidelity in Gillette. I was given 3 different loan agent names. Laura was the first person I called (since she was the highest recommendation) and she was the only one who called me back. My family and I are moving to Wyoming from out of state so we were a little nervous about doing everything remote but with the help of Laura, everything went so smooth! Her and her team are extremely responsive and easy to work with. They explain everything so it's easy to understand. She answered all of our questions with ease. She knows what she's doing and I will recommend her to anybody I meet who's interested in purchasing in the area. 10/10 would use again!

Finding Laura and her team was such a night and day experience compared to the previous lender we originally were dealing with for the purchase of our home!
