Highmark Federal Credit Union S Douglas Hwy, Gillette

This location is one of the best in town. Every time I go in my customer service from the tellers, bankers and especially the manager Cynthia are above average. I feel so welcomed and any questions I may have, are answered expertly. What an asset this location is to our community. They are extremely involved in fundraising events for numerous different organizations and non profits in town. Can’t give enough 5 stars, if you are not a member you are missing out!

Cynthia and her team are amazing! Quick responses, saved us a lot on moving our loans over and the new building is beautiful. We've sent our son and even our parents to them, all have been taken care of and feel at home. Highly recommend for all your banking needs!

Terrible credit union. They are awful people who keep removing valid negative reviews. They are trying to censor decent and honest people. Cynthia has proven herself to be a duplicitous liar. This same credit union has terrible reviews for other branches from other states. Obviously Highmark has a serious issue with customer trust. Cynthia is simply trying to salvage her reputation after having terrible customer service. Don’t use their services. Protect yourself, your family, and your money and choose a different bank.

We walked in recently & wanted to apply for joint checking and savings accounts. Kori was very helpful in getting us started, but her manager approached mid-way through with some "recommendations" for us. She outright TOLD US THEY DON'T IDEALLY WANT APPLICANTS THAT HAVE 5 KIDS!!! Even Kori was stunned by this comment. We adopted twins three years ago and have three older children as well, but they prefer a "younger professional environment" ... isn't that illegal or something? So glad we dodged a bullet with banking here.

Cynthia - Get real. Reporting our reviews in a desperate attempt to delete them & raise your business rating again will not prevent us from continuing to let people know they should not bank with you through various other means. I guess people will have to call to speak with your credit union personally for more assurance before choosing to bank with you - I hope you are prepared to support the many phone calls you will be receiving as a result.

The Gillette location is amazing. Highly recommend becoming a member. Customer service is on point. The manager Cynthia is so friendly and I see her being active in our community. The bankers and tellers are so helpful with any needs I may have. The new building is such an upgrade and looks beautiful.

Location is poorly run and treats customer far less than they deserve. I’ve heard they create fake profiles to boost positive reviews. That would be just sad. Probably go with a different location or just choose a different bank. Kori was an absolute pleasure but Cynthia was very abrasive and unkind. They treated my extended family terribly and keep removing reviews that are legitimate. This is a travesty of speech. Terrible business.

I’ve always had a great experience with the staff of Highmark. Their integrity is exceptional and they treat everyone with the respect they deserve. I’ve known the branch manager for years and have worked with her on many levels outside of her role with Highmark. Keep up the great work and helping the community of Gillette. You are an asset to Campbell County! Go Highmark!

Awful treatment. Have attempted to post a legitimate review for weeks and it keeps being pulled down. Not surprised if it would be by Cynthia and her team of ravens. Kori was great and so were multiple people at their distance branch but this location in Gillette is terrible. Go to another bank or put your money under a mattress since the banks are going to close anyways soon. **UPDATE** They are not working with our family. We attempted to cancel accounts and they have fraudulently kept our accounts open and sent us cards. They are purposefully trying to cause our family problems now. Avoid at all costs to save yourself.

Great place to do business with exception online banking tools! Love the new branch! Cynthia and her team are amazing to work with.
