Wouldn't let me have 0 stars - 1 star is too much! Very disappointed with experience with Bay Equity! Over 2 week delay in closing, lies or no reply at all from the loan officer - complete disaster! UPDATE: Was contacted by the regional manager to assure us that this would be addressed.
