Bay Country Financial Services Ritchie Hwy, Glen Burnie

So these past 2yrs have been the worst ever! My whole life has been upside down!! I’ve been in and out of the hospitals and its only me providing and my finances went down the hill pretty quick and could not work part time! Spider bite and the dr or i realized it was tunneling well it was bad. Could have lost my leg but they removed 9cm of bone and alot of muscle and skin grafts so then i was having issues with blood clots and covid. Moved abruptly to get out of a violent situation. Long story short I’m behind on my car payments! I’ve reached out thru calls and emails no reply. I’ve asked how to rectify this situation? I would refinance with them, tack it on after the pay off date? I just don’t know what to do…take the car how am i getting to work! I spent 30yrs saving the citizens of West Baltimore, ran in to danger on fires, dodged bullets on the ambulance, cried with families, got food for the elderly who couldn’t go on their own, took kids Christmas shopping ect. And I ABSOLUTELY loved it and my families in West Baltimore!. Now i need help and none!!! The people at Bay Country were nice, no attitudes with me but i felt as if nobody was listening and its only about the money! Its just me taking care of me! I’m so sorry for this long review. But i needed to vent! But i can’t say anything bad about them!

I am sure this will be removed as it is not favorable. Worst financial institution I have ever had the unfortunate experience to be involved with. My grandson has been treated so poorly by Bay County. I am so very happy that I use Truist...a caring, supportive financial institution. STAY AWAY! And I will check back to see if my review is here...and then will use Social Media to share this experience!

Ask for Mrs. Carey, she did an amazing job! She was extremely patient and helpful during the whole process!

I have had several loans from the Glen Burnie office. My experiences have been pleasant. The team members are professional even when there is a problem. They are easy to work with and they find solutions to your needs. Customer for life! Christie was great to work with on my most recent loan. The young lady at the reception area is always friendly and welcoming.

They will give you a loan, but be prepared for all the extra stuff they add onto your loan. I was working with someone new and the lady that was over shadowing her wasn't the most pleasant person. But hey at the end of the day they are there for you if you need a loan.

Chris was my loan officer. I could not have met a better Gentleman. He was very professional and quick but took the time to explain everything very well and in detail. He honestly took the edge off because I was a little skeptical about the whole process. Everything went Great however the bottom line is to pay the loan back as fast as possible to avoid paying alot of high interest. Period. I will definitely recommend this company. Job well done Bay Country Finance.

Hey was the worst experience of my life they don't tell you nothing up front till you get there and then hit you with all kind of ridiculous fees you end up paying double for your loan so everyone beware think it's a joke if you want to you been warned and I must say it's my fault in the new society please everyone read the reviews first they'll save you a whole lot of trouble

These people are thieves, they steal from people. I can't wait to be done paying on this loan. I advise everyone, please, please stay away from this company. they are the worse. the fees are horrendous, they add all these extras to the loan. unless there's no other way, then do but if you can find other means, don't go there.

This company refused to release a lien on a car title that was discharged in bankruptcy. Don't recommend!
