Bates Mortgage provided the competitive interest rates for my mortgage. The loan officer, processor and everyone along the journey were very professional and supportive through the process. After running into timing issues with "Big Banks" not able to close a loan in less than 30-45 days. Bates Mortgage was able to do it in 10 days with a better rate. As primarily a listing agent I work with many individuals and companies on the financing side of things. Less than 1-star is how I would rate my experience with Bates Mortgage. I could get into the nitty gritty of the many the times the truth was hidden/half told, but at the end of the day what made this experience so horrific was the total lack of communication. Do yourself a favor and find someone who will treat you and your clients like more than just another file.
