This is the second time that I've refinanced with Bob and in both instances, Bob's instincts about what to do and when were spot on saving me thousands of dollars over the life of my loan. I even contacted Bob in between refinances and while we didn't move forward with a product, he was extremely helpful in coming to that decision, really showing me he is here to help and do what is best for his customer.
