This is the worst credit union ever don’t bank with them. They are not friendly and will treat you bad . With my realized that they have their favorites they won’t look at how their employees treat their costumer or employees. I never been to a credit union that employees get into it with their member; this was my first one . Employees don’t only yell at their members but also coworkers. Especially Brandi she is the worst, will treat people like less and she is just an employee like everyone else. I was in in the credit union for 30 seconds and their teller Angie yelled at me for no reason. Worst experience ever. There are more credit unions that will treat you better around The Valley

I haven't been able to access my account for 3days rent due late fees and no email or nothing

This is the worst credit union in the state of Arizona. I have an account with Arizona Federal Credit Union, but often have to use shared branching at other credit unions because Arizona Federal has closed so many ot their locations. I deposited a payroll check for almost $900 at Basha’s Federal Credit Union using shared branching and they put a 3 day hold on my payroll check, yet I already had much more than the amount of the check in my checking account. Due to the fact that Basha’s did this, Arizona Federal wouldn’t remove the hold. If you’re going to use shared branching, TruWest credit union is the much better credit union as I always use TrueWest and they never put a hold on type of currency I deposit using shared branching. I even had to fill out an actual paper deposit slip...hadn’t done that in over a decade. This isn’t 1989 Basha's Federal Credit Union…get with the program and join the digital age...it’s 2019!!! A check can be instantly verified in 2019 electronically to confirm whether the funds are there and this isn’t a new procedure.

Banking with bashas since i was 18. Love the customer service. I couldn't log on the online banking, it seems to be like this every other week. Wish they would figure out their maintenance issue with their online banking.

My family and I have been banking here for over 20 years. We love the friendly staff and how helpful they all are.

Never told me the office was having issues with the app.. was told had I had over $1200.00 in my accoun now my account over $800.00 over due..

For everyone out there that want a automobile loan through Bashas Federal Credit Union. I applied, mind you my income is 7+k plus $3500/mo child support and my credit is well over 700. Just so you know per Bashas policy they will NOT take child support as income (they said child support money for the kids!) However, I need a car to transport my kids to school!!!!! and if you have a rental and there is proof of a lease agreement...they will count the rental against you. Be ware!!

I've been with the credit union for over 20 years . They are very helpful and offer a range of services. Happy to have them.
