I have had great service from the Barry Hopkins office. Debbie is one of the nicest most knowledgeable most patient humble and kind person in the corporate world that I have come to know. I always receive a quick response with no delays. Debbie is always willing to assist in anyway that she can, I have been dealing with this office for over 10 years now and have been very pleased. I know I could probably get a better rate at another insurance company but just to know the ease and satisfaction that Debbie and the office staff gives to you as a customer is well worth it.

After spending a whole day shopping around for insurance, I am extremely grateful I came across such an amazing agent to really put all my needs and worries to rest. BIG fan of Debbie! She helped me out when I had issues with insuring my home that's being built, and has been in constant communication which is SO refreshing (you'd think other people would want my business). I am so relieved not only is someone helping me get set up, but seems so reliable and communicative as well. Highly recommend! I am dropping other insurance agencies and bundling with her because she is transparent, helpful, and getting me competitive and quality coverage.

I called the office late in the afternoon and Debbie answered the call, literally and figuratively. My wife and I recently relocated to Houston and I attempted once unsuccessfully to transfer my policies and purchase renters insurance through another SF office, however they were unresponsive and never followed through. Debbie on the other hand addressed all requests in an efficient and professional manner. She not only was informative about choices, she separated the transfer requests as I did not need to stay on the line for that portion of the call. Very happy I am staying with SF with service such as this.

During storm and freeze recovery, I never had an issue reaching Debbie, even when she was dealing with the same issues. State Farm is very easy to work with and is always there to help with questions/concerns. Claims are processed in a very timely manner and the agents have always been extremely helpful. The rates are competitive and there are a lot of discounts available if you qualify. I would highly recommend the Hoskins for all of you insurance needs.

This review is long overdue, if google allowed more than 5 stars, I’d give this business a solid 10, because this agency has peeps like Heather working for them. Heather has been nothing but the best, she knocked the LEMONADE out of my hand, got down to the ROOT of my insurance problem and made my transition to State Farm smoother than a fresh jar of Skippy. She’s definitely someone I like to party with, because if anything crazy were to happen — I know she’d have us covered.
