Marci in the loan Dept, never met her nor do I know her, she was EXTREMELY RUDE to me, she spoke to me very aggressive, I was impacted by COVID was put on furlough, I had a loan for $3 or 400, I was late on my payments, mind you I been with the credit union since 2002 and I ALWAYS paid what I owed.
