During the start of the pandemic I was hospitalized and accrued a ton of overdraft fees. The teller there reversed $170 in overdraft fees without my even asking. Pretty sure he was promoted. Chase bank has been exceptional for me top to bottom: building credit, being generous with credit limit increases, the app (which is incredibly smooth), and the plethora of locations. The offers they provide on their credit cards are game changing for anyone starting out (huge cash back bonuses for new cards). They also offered me a low interest credit line loan to help me build my business. In the immortal words of Roger Ebert, two thumbs way way up 👍🏻👍🏻.

A great branch with great service, including tellers, managers, and mortgage brokers.. Started banking here a month ago when they were the only financial institution that would still cash paper savings bonds. They did all of them, no problem, even though it took almost a whole day to process. They helped me get documents for a mortgage I was doing with Wells Fargo, but when Wells Fargo kept finding reasons to not approve my loan, I decided to go with Chase. They were able to review my application, approve it, and close on my house in just two weeks, without the hassle of Wells Fargo. Definitely recommend Chase for mortgages, savings bond redemption, and good quality service.

Just went through the drive through, was a pretty ordinary experience!

Chase Bank truly has held our money hostage on many occasions. Within a year they lost a 25k+ check at their ATM, made us close and open new accounts for what they said was a fraud breach, and most recently they froze our account over 3 checks (totaling about $300) we pointed out was accidentally deposited which the issuer didn't catch, we didn't catch, nor did Chase catch. They locked our account and have not allowed us to use our funds and will not do anything to help us. Once this is over we will NEVER bank with Chase again!

Typical Friday afternoon, busiest time of day, they only have 2 tellers, with at least 6 to 8 people waiting. This is what Chase is all about now days. Then when I get to the Teller window, I noticed that the pin pad was loose and not secure. When I mentioned it to the Teller she laughed like it didn't matter and was unimportant. Doctoring pin pads is very common and people can easily steal vital information and steal your money. I don't really want to come back to this location ever again. They don't care about service or security, is this where I really want to bank ? I'm losing faith in Chase every week. Chase Bank gas made some pretty bad choices lately and doesn't seem to be interested in taking care of their customers.

TIME WASTER Like most Chase banks, there is only 1 teller and 5 empty offices or useless business account specialists doing nothing but checking Facebook, and a long line that I have to wait in and waste my time. Thanks Chase!

Long wait, horrible customer service. Avoid going in or drive up in this location.

I had a problem I had to go in and work out with a personal banker. I was pleasantly surprised that my wait time was very short. Christine Troxel was very positive and upbeat. She handled all my problems quickly and efficiently. And even answered additional questions and needs that I came up with. It was a very positive experience.

Very rude stuff was telling them one things and was getting a whole different response... was telling him cancel my account because they were taking money away from me and chase banks doesn't seem to care about there customer.
