Banner Bank A St, Tacoma

Would NOT recommend using this bank for mortgages. The team gave inaccurate information and ultimately lead a client down the path promising them they qualified for the loan when they did not. This was a 2 month process when it could've been handled in the beginning to not lead them on. Nathan Crouch was unresponsive throughout the entire process and was not proactive about being straight-forward with the client leading them to lose the house.

I have been banking with Banner Bank for 10 years. What a wonderful Bank it has been.All Banner employees have been so very helpful. I have never ran into a problem that Banner customer service hasn't been able to conquer. I have moved out of Washington State to another state where they didn't have a Banner Bank. They worked with me and I didn't have to open up an account at another bank which was fabulous. I feel like they're part of my family. They've been so helpful and I would never Bank anywhere else. My manager got His account closed due to fraud but as that was not the case from what he told me and the events that took place I recommend NO BODY BANK WITH BANNER BANK we’ll be picketing out there until they resolve this issue they discriminated him when he didn’t do ANYTHING WRONG DO NOT BANK WITH BANNER BANK also michael the branch manager does not know how to run a Branch as my manager felt discriminated by him also. We will be contacting Jesse Jones for this case as well as the ACLU

I had a payroll check for a company that I did a one-time gig for, but I was having issues cashing the check. Sage was friendly and patient as she got everything done. Definitely made my first experience with this bank a positive one.

This is the only bank I will ever go to in downtown Tacoma, the lady to the right when you first walk in the bank, her name is Rachel, and I'm not going to even try to pronounce her last name, she is freaking awesome, the staff is lovely, it just has a decent environment. everyone's professional but they're still human and appear to actually care. The next account I open with 100% be here I've been to the Federal Way one as well and they are awesome too easy banking. Rachel thank you so much for being awesome :)

I'm so glad to have a branch of this great bank in Tacoma. This branch exhibits the same care and personal concern for me that I've experienced in the 2 other Banner branches I've previously banked at. Banner is the type of personal bank similar to some that were bought out and are now gone, in years past. This bank and the people in this branch operate with integrity, and they have demonstrated multiple times that they care about my financial well being. I started out with a loan from Banner many years ago. When they could help me, they would, and if they couldn't, they were honest with me and counseled me. I have always felt valued and cared about. - Not just when I was a new customer, but even if they couldn't help me with something I wanted. Banner is unique among banks in these days. I've driven miles out of my way to bank with them, and it's great to have this very personable branch so close!

Very personal service! Rachel, Lori, and Sage always treat me like family. Before I was a customer, I would go in and do the banking for my boss. They were always fun and friendly..THAT'S why I chose to bank with them ! Thank you ladies!

DONT BANK HERE!!!!! I’ve been mistreated at this bank and feel that I was discriminated against. If you bank here, than you agree with their practices. Jesse Jones (Kiro News) will be there very soon. This bank will be exposed for their discriminative practices!!!!

Wish their were more near Pierce county and I don’t like that this one doesn’t have ATM outside so you have to try to bank during banking hours and it’s an inconvenience for people that work those hours.. or you have to drive all the way to puyallup or Seattle huge inconvenience.
