Only bank I've found in the area that has a checking account with no monthly fees. Customer service has been great here every time I've interacted with them. Would highly recommend.

All of the people who work here are truly amazing. They are always willing to try and help when there are issues. Even during this crisis they go out of their way to make you feel like you are important to them. When you walk into the bank or pull up to the window they KNOW your name. It is really just an amazing group of people to work with. I would recommend this bank for business and personal use.

I just opened a new account at Banner Bank on Williams Highway in Grants Pass Oregon. I was delighted with the ample parking and no lines to wait once I was inside. Ms Helen Silva assisted me in my transactions. She was very cordial and informative. She was professional, but also made me feel as though I was already a long time member of the Banner Bank group. I would highly recommend banking at this location. Ms Silva is a valuable asset to this organization, and if all the employees are trained as well, Banner Bank has done their homework.

My boyfriend put me on the account that he opened at this branch. The customer service appeared to be above average. We dealt with Helen, first. I am disabled and home bound, waiting on my Social Security. I owe California child support, and a computer generated garnishment came out. Banner charged $100 without so much as a phone call, overdrew my boyfriend's account (so that child support couldn't take anything, anyway), and even though the garnishment was stopped the next day, they will not even consider refunding the $100. I went through similar gouging with Bank of America and I'm thinking this is just a different version of the same bad banks. I also have an account at US Bank that I have never had these kind of issues with and would highly recommend them. Don't fall for Banner's incentives...they will eventually get it back!
