I have always had a Wonderful experience at the Schilling Branch! When I walk in the door everyone knows my name and greets me right away. They are always so helpful if I ever need anything. I highly recommended this bank. I can't say enough on their customer service.

This is one of the best banks I have ever worked with. Emily is one of the representatives there, and she remembered my name and my transactions after seeing her just a second time. I was stunned. Robyn, the manager, is super sweet and friendly- all smiles, for sure. Jim is the friendliest CEO you could ask for, greeting customers and being available. This is the type of local banking experience everyone craves.

I have been using this bank for over four years. They never sent me alerts or warnings when my bank balance was low; thus I was completely blindsided when they charged me an overdraft fee. Given this was my first overdraft and it was during the covid 19 pandemic, I expected them to waive the overdraft fee like most other banks do. Instead, they failed to understand my concerns, and even when I politely asked twice if they would waive the fee, they refused. I will definitely be switching banks.

Excellent community bank. Management and the staff in the Collierville office are very friendly and responsive.
