I love the people and the great service they provide. We have a business loan with bankCDA and our business accounts. We like doing business with the people and the bank. My only suggestion would be to make the online use much easier as a business user. There is always something wrong with the website or access to our account. 5* for the people aspect 3* for the website. Hopefully the small town bank can catch up with the real world/real time of technology.

Friendly staff. Good hours. Services seem to be designed for businesses. Personal banking services are limited more than other banks. I use it for business and another local bank for my personal banking (will review that bank separately).

They will do what it take to make everything right and make you happy 😊
