Bank OZK Hancock Bridge Pkwy, Cape Coral

I enjoy doing business with the Hancock Bridge Pkwy branch. The entire staff is always helpful and courteous. I have found this to be true whenever I've had to call corporate as well.

The staff here is always extremely courteous and friendly to me. They do their best to assist me with my banking requests. Even some of my business partners have been surprised by the level of service I have gotten from here as well. I will be banking here for quite some time to come.

Was trying to charge my phone outside to go in and start a bank account with over $100,000. An ugly white woman with black hair, not fat but a bit chubby came outside and told me I was trespassing. I can see why no one was in there

Very poor service accuse me of abusing the system every time I turn around something goes wrong I will be looking for another bank I would not come here theses people don’t know what they are doing need tobe fired

Rather keep my money on me and risk getting robbed then give it to these incompetent tards

Essentially I've been with these Cape Coral branches for close to 16 years. In that time the branches changed hands three times. Bank ozk is the absolutely worst service of any Bank I've ever dealt with. I have been having significant issues with their online service, so I've been having to go to the branch and write paper slips for everything. To add insult to injury... When I do that the bank tellers are getting upset with me because I am doing so. I would not recommend this the Hancock bridge parkway branch or the Cape Coral parkway Branch to anyone. I definitely would never recommend Bank ozk for any services at all.

Show up to the bank at 8:30 today to wait for 9am opening. Bank manager calls police and states I’m a possible robber. The sad part is this is the third time this bank has changed hands and I have been using this same location for over 20 years always have sat in this parking lot before the bank opens and wait it never with incident. I was doing paperwork with Files in my lap. Three officers approached my vehicle one touching his gun. To say the least I’m going to close all of my accounts today with Bank of the Ozarks. For one the service here is terrible on the Hancock Bridge location anymore . And now a ckoo ckoo manager sealed the deal today.

I was very nervous to open an account here after reading all of the reviews but I went for it and I am very glad that I did! The customer service is excellent and I always have great response time from them. Maybe they are under new management. I am very pleased with my choice so far!

This place keeps its doors locked, you may have to wait a bit before you can go inside. Kinda sad a business has to lock its doors during business hours, may as well just leave the atm and clise the branch
