I love my bank always friendly and helpful staff I love the decor during different seasons so inviting and positive experiences when I go. I love that they added a bench for sitting while in line thats helpful when the back hurts. 💕

An ok bank but make sure you read the fine print. Not sure exactly how much money they've taken from me for service charges but it's quite a bit. They not only gave over 600$ of my FAFSA payments to some collection agency but they charged me $150 dollars for their "legal services". Then when I had to drive all the way to Calistoga just to get the rest of my money out, they refused to close my account. And surprise, surprise. They're now charging me service fees after canceled my debit card and refused to let me close my account. Might as well go to Wells Fargo and get screwed by a national chain bank.

Cannot get through to talk to a human on either phone the people that work here are very rude and have an I DONT CARE ATTITUDE ALLS THERE THERE FOR IS A PAY CHECK ALL TWO OF THEM 1 ⭐ IS TO GOOD FOR THIS PLACE THEY HAVE ME OWING 175 RIGHT NOW IM NOT PAYING IT

Was told they could cash savings bonds for non customers over the phone. Drove down to branch and they said they could not for non customers. Waste of gas and time. They said they tried to call back and they didn’t. Would not do business at a bank that gives misinformation.

Great bank until you have an issue then they pass the buck and can't offer any assistance. They have no care for customers unless you have a lot of money they can sit on.
