Bank of the West E Whitmore Ave, Ceres

The merchant teller is always rude to not only me, but my friends and family as well. Seems to hold a negative bias against us while making condescending comments.

Very rude and unprofessional branch manager. The bank itself has many hidden fees. It is the most expensive bank out there. Very unsatisfactory customer service.

Girls in that brach of ceres are not train properly the do not know what they doing

I will NOT be banking here..as soon as i walked in this bank.i was looked apon like i was some dirt bag. They dont keep there appointments they are very rude.

Today I have bad experience here. They are not seriously and don't like to help the costumers. I just waisted my time for 2 days with this location.

This is the worst bank I have ever banked with. I don't want to give them any starts but I don't have a choice. Since I've started banking with this bank 8 months ago the ceres branch location has been closed 2-3 times for a few weeks at a time. The atms usually aren't working for majority of the time when the bank is closed. It's ridiculous and I'm forced to go to another town to use the bank. Super inconvenient. Time to close my account and bank elsewhere.

The older white lady with the glasses and the accent is VERY rude. Can't even communicate properly or explain something without being rude. I've been coming for a long time now and I've experienced her being like this with other people but now I've experienced it with myself and I'm not surprised but there's no costumer service at all how it should be.. all I asked in the drive through if I can get cash out and I had just cashed my check and you can tell she got mad when she asked if there was anything else she can do for me and when I asked if I can get cash out her personality and voice tone and mood completely changed. I dont appreciate this at all. Maybe it's not the job for her but her costumer service sucks big time. You guys will loose a lot of people if she doesn't get it together I will most definitely be changing banks because of her.

My husband and I just opened a new Checking and Savings acount. Ann the branch manager was very informative. She had our new account opened and everything explained to us very quickly. I am excited to have new bank. Also liked the idea that they have a drive up teller.

Worst customer service I've experienced in any branch or bank I've ever had... They don't try to help you or even explain your bank problems... Only reason I came here was because they open Saturday mornings... Next time I'll wait till Monday to go to my local branch instead. "Worst Branch in This Area"!!!

There is always a lot of tellers open from my experience and they get all my things done quickly, just wish that both ATMs would work at all times.
