Bank of the West Shaw Ave, Clovis

I am a member of this bank and I can’t wait to leave and stop doing business with them. Please don’t waist your time here! Find another branch. I recommend Chase.

I setup my account online the night before and since I just had cash on me I had to go into the branch to fund it. Yes there was only two tellers but in their defense it was 9:30 AM and the reason the line was getting long was because of the customers not the tellers. People don’t seem to understand that if they weren’t there, then there wouldn’t be long lines, especially if you want the teller to handle all of your personal problems. That being said Anthony Martinez was the absolute best! I was new to the bank I asked him to explain how it all worked and he answered all my questions with his explanation. I was in and out in like 3 min.

Friendly staff in the branch. Absolutely horrible technical service. If you need to do anything online or on your phone, forget about it. If you need to transfer funds electronically, forget about it. Change address on your loan...no way. Loan department is separate from the branch and requires you to MAIL or FAX it in.

They will not accept EAD card as a form of ID where in fact it is a valid government issued ID. Everywhere you go accepts EAD card, even Bank of the West in downtown accepts it.

Excellent service!!! Willing to do whatever they can to help get me what I need and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, even on the phone. Easy to work with!

Dont use this company for anything! I have a credit card with them and spent my whole morning wasted over the phone, customer service is horrible and seems like they dont want to work, they told me I have to go into a branch to verify so I told them no thank you and good luck with me showing up in your branch with all this covid out there. Just dont use there services unless you have lots of time to waste. Its like they dont know what they are doing and are way behind real banks like BOFA, CHASE

A+. The manager Gabby is so helpful. She has changed the branch around. She directed me to her teller Ruby who is a the sweetest thing in the world. They helped me with automatic monthly payments and had great rates. Customer service means the world to me that is why this is my branch. These people actually go out of their way for your troubles. I recommend the Clovis branch.

( cont..) And her checks were returned. My parents have been with BOW for over 40 years with above excellent history. And of course I am getting no answer when I call. This does not reflect good points. Very aggrivating.

Bank of the West has been the best Bank that I have delt with.over the years my late husband and I have delt with several other well known banks and have had nothing but problems.I Love BOTW

Yes... Ruby is amazing. And the rest of the staff isn’t half bad either.
