Bank of America Financial Center Pollasky Ave, Clovis

They send you a pin a couple of days after you sign up and this aka this incredibly difficult to initially use their services. At the end of the day they say you can go in and change your pin…well they are apparently too busy to take the little time it is to help a new customer open an account with them. They apparently prioritize their business cx over their other cx and unfortunately I work some monstrous crazy hours. They should have more than one person working and other ways to change this online then. It was quite inhospitable, rude and overall not a great experience. I may think of taking my saving elsewhere and open a Roth elsewhere seeing as this is my first experience and not a good one.

Service is always friendly, but almost never fast. Don't come here if you're in a rush because the line is normally out the door or wrapped around the inside. It's a bank, not a fast food place.

1 teller only at 1:15 in the afternoon. 12 people in line and the Branch Manager Elias doesn’t say anything when I tell him this is ridiculous. I was having a nice conversation with a lady behind me about her church she works for but 15 min and 6 people ahead of me was enough. I’m glad I don’t bank with them personally but need to rethink my buisness account.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a bank. Merchant line is a joke, they removed the chairs.. It rarely open.. Normally 15-20 people in line with 1 or if we're luck 2 tellers (one normally in training) they used to be good with 3-4 tellers and a REAL merchant line until the new manager took over. I'll avoid at all costs from now on!! Do not patronize this bank!

Very long lines all the time!!! Feels like DMV. They need to hire more staff to take care of their customers.

Bank of America treats me well & the staff is great....but corp. B of A does not care about you or your time. Their main priority is to satisfy the stock holders & keep profits up by running skeleton staff & cutting expenses. I only go into the bank when I absolutely have to for transactions that I can not do online or at the ATM. So please fellow customers....learn how to use the ATM & online banking/the app on your phone. You can deposit your check right on your phone, so learn how to do that & stop clogging up the branch line. If your technology challenged have your kids/grand kids show you how to do it, you'll be amazed & so happy you did. Most check issuers also do direct deposit, sign up for that.

It's always something else with this bank. Either they are closed on a Tuesday, can't open the vault to withdraw money etc. When they were actually able to BE A BANK, I waited in line for 45 minutes and then had to leave due to an appointment I had to make it to. I was still at least 30 people back in line. This particular branch is useless and should just be an atm at this point, but even those don't dispense cash at times. Ridiculous.

This was my 4th and FINAL time at this establishment. As I entered the bank at 11:15a I noticed a line of approx 25 people, I started my stopwatch to get a accurate representation of my time spent waiting for the 1 teller that was open. There was 5 other workers sitting on their ass laughing and on their phones sitting behind their desks . By the time I made it to a teller it was 12:08! As I looked back at the line it had swelled to well over 30 people... I am now looking to open an account elsewhere.

I have been a business customer for over 20 years. The last few years this branch has severely gone down hill. Expect to stand in a very long line with many angry customers. They have only 2 tellers max open at any given time. They are supposed to have a dedicated merchant line but do not operate it in that manner so a merchant with a large transaction will take several minutes slow down the line even more. The branch manager doesn't care I have watched her handle many complaints unsatisfactory. Her reasoning is we should use the 3 ATM out side. There are some transactions that you can't do at an ATM. I am taking all my banking elsewhere as Bank of America doesn't care about there customers.

This place has gone from BAD to WOREST that i cannot even give any star! Very disappointing service. I guess the upper management need to look closer to this location or they will loss customer to other banks. Poor Service, Rude Maneger,..... I was forced to give them one star by Goggle in order to post my comment, but believe me this location does not deserve any star at all.
