Bank of the West Heritage Hills Cir, Lone Tree

This bank has horrible communication. Someone opened a fraudulent account online in my name and I've been trying to get this bank to close this account for 6 months. They refuse to help me and it is compromising my credit and identity. Everytime I deal with this bank I leave in extreme tears. So many excuses.. Close the acct. and put the funds in a phantom account and quit letting it compromise my information. Or better yet send the funds back to Unemployment where they came from. Overall, the fraud department of any bank should not allow an account to stay open and compromise someone when the account has never been verified and I have felt more anxiety dealing with the management and staff. They have caused a lot of man hours and high levels of stress not assisting me. Every month, I see funds going in and out of this acct by the monthly bank statements that I receive and even given the names of people doing the fraudulent online activity and they (the theives) have still been able to access the account, taken out and transfer funds even though it is flagged. I have raised my voice and gotten upset because no one is helping solve this problem and this bank thinks it's ok to track the activity when it's at the expense of my credit, my identity and mental health. Horrible customer service and fraud department. I have never banked with them prior to this point and reported all of this to the police department. The other 2 banks that fraud accts were opened in my name handled things promptly yet this bank keeps victimizing me.

This is the worst bank of the west branch I have ever been to . This manager named Charles treats you like he’s the one asking for service from customers. I am not sure how this so call branch manager landed in the position but he’s clearly isn’t qualified to be managing a bank. He’s completely rude and I can only imagine how he treats his employees. I’m wondering if upper management knows how he treats customers ?

They shut down too often without notice , If you call, you will be on hold for a very longtime and if you are luck someone may talk to you, they don’t know much

Would have rated with more stars, but getting into this branch is crazy. I hope they redesign the parking lot and the one entry from Heritage Hill CR. Not only is it frustrating with everyone trying to go in and out from the same spot, but then you have delivery trucks trying to get in and out and there is simply not enough space. surprised there are not accidents at this entry.

Very good bank great parking convenient location and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly I highly recommend this bank.

I have only been to this branch a handful of times, Always frustrating. I have banked with this institution for 15 years. this branch is consistently calling me asking me to verify my account information. This branch has just sent me a certified letter saying that it is required for me to verify my account, when they have all my information. So what needs to be verified??? Alexis who works at this institution is a joke. Avoid this branch like the plague. Greenwood Village branch is amazing

I hold my personal checking as well as my personal business accounts with them. The manager Carly has always been attentive and effective. The business loan department handled my business loan. No problems. My family have been Bank of the West (Community First) clients for over 30 years. Really want BOTW to open a Springs or Pueblo location, but I'll travel an hour for my banking needs. A large multinational bank has all the products and resources I need.

Called to make an appointment due to COVID and was told they would be out in a couple minutes. I sat outside for 15 minutes and no one ever came out. I’ve had my business account here for 3+ years. The turnover of people has been terrible at this location.

I have banked with this company for 20 years. Their managers are always extremely well trained and friendly. The staff is incredible and they promote within. Everyone remembers your name and makes doing business with them a pleasure

They decided to close their lobby during business hours. WHY!
