Absolute nonsense that this branch is temporarily closed. COVID IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO CLOSE! IT’S NOT A FLESH-EATING BACTERIA FOR GOD’S SAKE!!! SNAP OUT OF IT!!

Been banking there for several years and not to many problems. Banking here is more personable than the larger type banks where I was just a number.

Used their ATM machine to withdraw cash with a Condata card. (The card is issued to a company and not to a person). ATM released the cash, printed the receipt and did not return the card. Went inside and made them aware. The assistant branch manager used my next 30 min to explain to me that he can't do anything and that he is the manager and nobody else can help me. It was ok to release money to a card that does not fit their policy but it was not ok releasing it. Ended up giving him my driver license along with 4 other company credit cards. He went to his supervisor and they made a "one time exception" and after 30 min I got my comdata card back. Banking with Bank of the Worst? No, thanks!

One of the few places that you can get 5's from an atm. Only one atm so it runs out of cash or is temporarily out of order often.
