Bank of the West E Valley Blvd, Rosemead

I changed my password for online banking, the next day I signed in with the PW ,but the system didn't recognize the new PW. So I waited a few minutes and tried again, the same thing,after a few attempt my online banking was blocked. I called the customer service ,I am hearing impaired so I have to ask her to repeat what she said, after a two or three exchange she decided to call for a translate service. It is understandable to be annoyed by repeating, but one has to understand the difficulty of the heard-of -hearing person has. I would like to suggest to train the representative to be understandable and sympathetic toward people with hearing difficulty. It is arrogant that after a few exchanges of words and straight away to assume the customer in deficient in English.

A bunch of tellers, with VERY few bankers, as if people aren't going to need account services deeper than what a teller can provide. I arrived 15 mins before closing, only to be told I had to come back another day, because both bankers were busy, but they don't answer the phone and don't have online scheduling, to be able to get in to see a Banker. Finally, I don't need to bank with a financial institution that employs all Asian employees at one branch (not an issue) all of whom all look down on a Black man as soon as he walks in the door & are rudely telling me to come back another day, which seems like it could be a cultural thing (HUGE ISSUE). I'll just take my personal & business accounts elsewhere.

I really hate bank of the west at this location. Most of the time there is only 1 teller working very very slowly and the line is very long. Most of the staffs here are like they hate their customers. The branch manager David is like he doesn’t know anything. Most of the staffs here are very unprofessional.

Eva, Lupe, and the team there at Bank of the West Rosemead have always been friendly, helpful, and professional. From personal accounts to business accounts to anything else my family and I has needed, they always come through for us with a smile. Best bank in town! Frank Quintanilla

Computer so slow and ask me come back at afternoon but my appointment was this morning.....very non customer service... :-(

The worst experience in banking you'll have. I opened an account 4 weeks ago. I made weekly deposits of 2-3 thousands with mixed bills. One time, a teller asked "what kind of business you're in". I thought the question was strange. It's not a pleasantry but really a question. Another time, a teller would spend minutes to sort all the bills, instead of using the count machine. Other time, they would ask me for ID even I already put in my ATM card & PIN. Other time, while people waiting in line, they would make you wait while they're chatting. And this is the worst: they CLOSED my account without warning, then lied about it. They told me to call customer service, because they "had no idea why". Customer service manager said "it was the branch that closed it". I went back to the brand, they said "They don't know anything, your account closed and check was sent out". They caused all my autopay, DMV fee, and other debits bounced and I have to pay penalty for them. They refused to even give me back my money but made me wait for it "in the mail". Vivi Hoang, Yvette, Candi, and others all have terrible attitude and will screw you over. Don't tell me I didn't warn you. Take your money elsewhere.

Worst bank service ever. If I didn't have to come here to deposit rent to the landlord I would never come here. 1 teller and 15 people in line. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

Worse bank. Last 3 deposit they hold the check for 10 days. Not enough fund for automatic payments and $35 over draft fee each days (10 days X $35 ) = BANK ROBBERY

they sent me to he'll saying my checked bounced and when I called the bank it had cleared tried calling back no one answers wrf

Friendly tellers and the management understands peoples tight situations specially with this hard economic crisis
