Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Valley Blvd, Rosemead

Slowest service I have ever seen. All employees taking their sweet@ss time, not that they are competent at their job to begin with

I can’t believe I need to wait over an hour wait and the counter assistance let me wait even she know is gonna be over an hour until I wait for awhile then let me know. But the way is only two people waiting in the lobby. Not happy at all.

I don't understand why they only have 2 tellers...Really? There is always a long line. Hire more tellers!!! It always takes more than 15 min for a teller transaction, no matter what this site says. It says the wait is only 15min. Yet, the teller line has over 25 people waiting. Definitely, not 15 min. 😡

Very very slow, bad customer service.. Bank just opened and employee's are taking breaks and standing around talking to each other.

Worst customer service I even have in BOA. i was asking if they have a red envelop that they could provide. Their staff at the front desk replied: "OF COURSE NOT WE DON'T HAVE THOSE" dispite the fact that He could reply in a much polite way, He did Not even start the conversation with a greeting. How did he get the job with that kind of attitude?

This is THE slowest paced BofA I've EVER been to! They take their time as if EVERYONE has the time to stand in line for a SIMPLE transaction. I HATE coming here! And only do because it's the closest to my home. You guys need to do way better on TIME MANAGEMENT

This was my worst BofA experience and a reminder as to why I switched to Chase. I have never felt so dismissed by a company that functions off of the clients it seems to have little to no regard for. I rarely write reviews, but felt this would maybe spark change…. And then I saw so many other negative reviews. Apparently Bank of America is okay with the way this location functions.

Very bad and rude customer's service . They need to hire more professional people or retrain them how to respect customers. I went there to cash a couple of checks 2 times and they lied to me and said at first wrong signature on the check . I had to run back to a check signer and she showed me her ID and it was her signature. Then a second time i went back there they said it's not enough funds to cash it. So, i called my customer and she showed me her on line balance that she had 10 times more than the amount of the check . Then i went to a different branch in Alhambra and they cashed it for me there without any problems and the teller there was very well trained and very polite toward customers. So, this is for 100% sure that i was being discriminated by a Hispanic teller manager or supervisor there , luckily , i didn't get down her name at that time , but i 'd say she is around 30+ and weight over 140 pounds. I definitely going back there for my next observance and record this discrimination act and file a law suit against B of A with all proven facts and witnesses.

Was told by Corp NC that Rosemead branch was the only one available for today at 11:00 am. No was was in the branch and no corrective measures were given by the branch or Corp to cancel or reschedule. I've had to borrow money $ from family despite have plenty of funds in my accounts that I have no access to. I've been a loyal BofA for many years but obviously this loyalty means nothing to you. Even in the "Fraud division " no human interface for 30 min on hold in front of the Rosemead branch.I called one of the branches business officers and no one picked up.

Such bad bad place for banking. There's no good banker pple here to talk to. Customer service is the worst . Negative star. No one answers phone no one returns phone calls even the manager . You just can tell how bad it is when you walk in this place , see pple just sit there waiting for no one, nothing. All dressed up in suits. So funny. Yet no one is helpful. Phone is never answered. Weird place. Very bad experience with incompetent merill lynch pple. Not qualified at all to give any advice. dont even bother with them. Wasted alot of time
