Nice employees The fees you guys add are rediculous. I would never bank her due to all the different ways your company robs anyone who screws up on their account a little! Lol like overdraft protection and you charge for automated transfers so where’s the protection? $12 fee instead of $70? What a joke

Connie & David were very helpful with a stressful transaction. I had to call a few times and they were kind & patient.

I applied for a credit card at this branch. Was told to wait 24-48 hours to get a response. After a week with no followup I reached back out and asked to speak to the Manager Kelsey who worked with me that day, was told he would be able to call me between 12-1 on my lunch break. Received no call so I reached back out at 12:50. Kelsey gave me an apology followed by the excuse that it's not his department and his rep let me slip through the cracks, followed by another excuse that he was just about to call me as I called back in. This created a huge lack of trust with me when all I wanted was an honest apology and some accountability in a manager position. Our family has been in excellent standing with this bank for the past 3 years, the least we should be able to expect is a manager to call us back when he says he will.

I work nearby and this branch is great! The staff is always super friendly and very helpful.

Wow came in for change and was rejected and told to go over to Walmart.. A banker telling someone to go over to Walmart to get change. What a pathetic bank. I wouldn’t bank here and from all the negative reviews it doesn’t surprise me that I had a negative experience.

Worst Bank In Colorado hands down. Never do business here or at any of them.

Nice folks. Easy to work with. Great coffee. Very spacious location. They could have a coffee bar there!
