bad service I needed to open a checking account I did not help myself because I did not have an appointment. I made an appointment and they demanded up to me. death certificate after making the second round after the appointment. they tell me that. I couldn't open an account. it was easier to tell from the start. not. and not asher. to the people. wasting time

Had issues with my card being stolen and needed to order a new card. The staff here was extremely friendly and Tammisha was super helpful. They made me feel extremely welcome and I will always head to this location to take care of my banking needs. Thanks so much for all the help! :)

This is a very good bank, super friendly. I am greeted by name when I walk in. Their people are very sharp, efficient, and make every effort to help you as soon as possible.

I had banked with this bank for nearly a decade (northwest branch on west little york) and had always been quite pleased with the service. But a couple of years ago they started turning over management and the latest manager, Eric Jimenez, West Little York branch, leaves more than something to be desired. He is rude and unapproachable. His people skills show that he lacks education in public communication and administration. I incurred a banking error on the banks part and my finances were in total disarray. I went to the bank to discuss ways to help piece my life back together and he was rude, offensive and dismissive. Thankfully the District Manager was properly trained in customer services relations. She quickly found out the problem and set forth on a solution! In 24 hours my account was once again in its prestine condition. His behavior was so unprofessional and unnecessary, he was made to call and apologize - which he did - but rudely. (I filed a formal compliant against him). My suggestion: Bank of Texas needs to mandate minimum education requirements of at least a BA/BS for its upper management teams with continuing education requirements. This would ensure that basic communication skills are obtained so that customer service issues and thusly loss of customers, might be avoided.

I don't know who left the poor review, but you've got to be kidding. This is a great bank with fantastic customer service!

Was avery helpful. So glad I closed my accounts at Wells Fargo . Had nothing but problems at Wells Fargo. Bank of Texas is good
