Stay under contract for 2 weeks and tells me I dont get DPA. And tells me he needs $5500. Upfront. Keep in mind I have already given my 30 day notice to my landlord. Packed half my stuff. Paid for things out of pocket to lower closing $. So I now don't have that. I'm screwed. Plus he just asked for another $545. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM OR THIS PLACE. Should have know not to after the class action lawsuit the got for stealing money.

I would look other places for your mortgage. While I finally got mine done they never wanted to do there job and always pushed it off on me and then they had everything screwed up at closing. Not really sure why I paid a closing fees to them as they didn't do or answer any of my questions. Just always pointed fingers and then screwed up what they did do and the title company had to fix it
