Bank of Oak Ridge is so easy to do business with. Chastity is so helpful and kind. She responds quickly and always makes sure I am well taken care of with all my insurance needs. I can rest easy anytime an issue comes up because I know Chastity will take care of it!!

As an older couple, my Husband and I have been with many financial institutions, but NONE has ever made us feel as welcome, cared about or treated us as well as Bank of Oak Ridge always has. We have moved to no less than 4 places any where from an hour to 3 hours away, and would not, have not, and if given the choice, will not ever leave our bank. I would be honored to recognize Violeta who helped me today. She was so sweet, professional, kind, caring, understanding, and helpful. She really needs a raise, a really nice free dinner, or some kind of kudo's for being herself, and so wonderful. Both Chastity and Brent have gone above and beyond what was necessary to help us to have the best insurance at the best price. Their customer service is impeccable. We have used them for many, many years.

We recently opened up a new account at the Oak Ridge branch and Natalie was very friendly and helpful. We were able to get our account opened quickly, have our questions answered and be on our way.

We enjoy going through the ITM machines at BOR. We are usually greeted by Caleb or Nicole and their great customer service is truly refreshing.

Spent extensive amount of time with Tricia Pegg, Branch Manager & Asst. Vice President of the Bank of Oak Ridge. Could not have been happier!!! She took her time, explained everything thoroughly, and even gave me HER business card to get in touch with her at anytime with questions that I may have at a later time. I never expected that from the Manager & VP of the Bank. I really felt like I got the "small town" goodness all wrapped up in my first "inside" visit. Such a wonderful experience. No wonder we have stayed with them for so many years and had "NO" problems at all. Great Bank Great People Can't go Wrong with that combination!!!

Natalie Payne is a joy to work with. She has helped me in several different entities & has always gone above & beyond in customer service. It doesn’t matter if I call her, email her or stop by the Oak Ridge location, she is always quick to get me any answers that I may need plus is always very professional. The staff at this bank consistently exhibit the highest levels of customs & courtesies and hospitality. It's the only bank that I've ever genuinely felt great walking into. The staff remember who you are and banking services have been exceptional. Special thanks to Jodi.

I had a teller by the name of Yessie had mercy on me on a Friday evening 5 minutes after the closing deadline of 7:00 and deposited my check anyway, she did not have to do that, but it made my week. So thankful for bank of oak ridge, they have an incredible face-to-face video teller system that operates from 7:00 to 7:00 p.m. it's really awesome!
