I must say this is the BEST bank I've ever had. The service is outstanding! Every one greets you with a smile and cheerful hello. No matter what the issue is you can bet it will be resolved quickly! When my account was hacked, they were on it and resolved the issue so fast. I love you Bank of Oak Ridge!

This bank has the best staff around. Nicole Byerly always goes above and beyond. When my checks never arrived, she personally tracked them down and made sure I got them. She is helpful every time I see her. Thanks Nicole!

Our business has been with Oak Ridge Bank for a little over two years. We had the pleasure of working with Suzanne when Covid hit our world and she was so helpful with the whole process of the loans that were available to businesses. She truly made the experience so much less stressful than I know it should have felt. All of the Summerfield Branch have made us feel very at home and appreciated.

I cannot give everyone at Bank of Oak Ridge enough praise. I was a customer of Wells Fargo for over 20 years and I was hardly greeted with a smile and it was obvious I was just another customer at Wells Fargo. All of that changed when I got a loan to purchase a plot of land via Bank of Oak Ridge. The Vice President oversaw the loan transaction and she was beyond phenomenal (thanks Tammy!!!). She asked me where I did my banking and convinced me to move all of my banking over to Bank of Oak Ridge. The best decision ever!!!! Every time I walk in I am greeted with a big smile from everyone. Most of the employees know me by my name. Most importantly they are immediately available if I have any questions. You can tell that they strive to make every single experience fantastic. Thanks to everyone at Bank of Oak Ridge for being awesome!!! I appreciate you guys.

Bank of Oak Ridge has always gone above and beyond to please. I couldn't be more pleased. Only thing that would make it better would be a branch closer to my home; however, it is worth the trip across town to do business with them.
