I have really enjoyed my experience working with Matt and the staff over at bank of OFallon. They helped us with the purchase of our forever home just recently last yr and have been supporting my business for the last few years. They are very welcoming and authentic and genuinly care about you as a customer. I talked to quite a few banks when I was new in business, trying to find a place where I felt I could establish a long term relationship with. Bank of OFallon is where I felt most comfortable. If you are looking at banking with someone new in the area, personally or professionally, I would highly recommend giving them a call!

Great bank to deal with. Ive had several loans serviced by them and they were more than accommodating. Any questions Ive had over the years I got quick response by simply just sending an email. Its great to deal not with a large bank conglomerate like most bank have become.

Customer service is definitely 5+. It would be nice if lobby hours could extend to 7pm on just one night a week to accommodate customers that work. Just a suggestion. Now for the drive up lot. The holes are getting so deep you drop in and never be seen again

In this day in age of regionally and nationally owned Banks it is so refreshing to have a locally owned and operated bank right in my hometown I've been a customer there's 444 years and will be a customer there until I'm no longer here

Horrible hours, horrible customer service, and doesn't inform account holders on new policies.

Bank of O'fallon is a quality experience and! would recommend this bank to everyone. There is none better in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

This bank has a beautiful lobby as soon as you walk in the door all the tellers greet you with a smile and are willing to help. One thing I love about this bank is that it contributes back to the community the president of this bank is a wonderful person and donates money to the local high school and to boys and girls club! Support your local bank because they support your community!

Awful hours of you need to go to the lobby. Open Monday - Thursday till 3 pm and Friday's till 6. Can make a withdrawal from the counter with just your account number and have to have a check printed. Just feels like a antique in the modern world.
