First off I am not someone who posts reviews very often. However, after leaving a bank the other day due to horrible customer service I went online and made an appointment at the Bedford branch of Bank of New Hampshire. Marie promptly called me to ask me what she could do to prepare for our meeting then next day. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and super respectful of my time. Even now she is going out of her way to work on something for me. I hope you all know what you have in an employee like Marie deRochemont. Her customer service is impeccable. Thank you for everything you do Marie.

The tellers are really nice but the new manager, I think is named Trisha seems rude. I saw her reprimand her employees right in front of a few customers... which I thought was off putting and inappropriate. I miss the old crew and the old manager Elin. Definitely only going to manachester where Elin and Marie are. They're the best.

Walked in to open an account with my wife, waited 20 minutes while the teller talked on the phone. Didn't even get a "hello". Teller got off the phone to tell us we would have to wait longer, put up the next window sign and walked on. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a bank.
